Refund policy

As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at thekirtis@outlook.com and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your issue is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
